This ceramic Salt Pig combines a speckled brown pattern with blue and white strata, which creates a beautiful effect. This piece is by Essex maker, Peter Deans. Peter is a member of the Anglian Potters and the Essex Craft Guild.

A lovely and practical item to have in your kitchen, which features the word Maldon on the front. The Essex town of Maldon is famous for it’s sea salt, which the Maldon Salt Company have been producing since 1882.

The Salt Pig measure 6 inches in height and 3.5 inches in width and comes with a wooden salt spoon.
